Soya Drinks & Desserts Conference

The market growth figures for soya milks and desserts in Europe again are in the double digit range (PROSOY, 2006). The influx of large companies such as Danone and Unilever will certainly contribute to a growing positive awareness of soya and the health benefits of this interesting ingredient.

The special focus of the 2nd European Soya Drinks & Desserts Conference, 19-20 October 2006, will be on markets, taste and wellness concepts.
